About this role
iLIVE CONNECT / EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITY
VICE PRESIDENT / SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT
Strategic Corporate & Institutional Healthcare Partnerships
LOCATION Delhi NCR | National mandate ORGANISATION iLive Connect - IHLD MedTech
THE OPPORTUNITY
iLive Connect is building a new model of healthcare delivery - moving healthcare beyond hospitals into continuous, technology-enabled, physician-led care. Our platform combines advanced wearable technology, 24x7 clinical oversight, predictive health monitoring and personalised clinical interventions to improve outcomes and help prevent avoidable hospitalisations.
We are entering an ambitious phase of institutional expansion across India's largest corporations, multinational organisations, public-sector enterprises, banks, insurers and employee healthcare programmes. We seek an exceptional institutional healthcare leader who has already secured, negotiated and operationalised significant
enterprise partnerships at national scale.
THE MANDATE
Build iLive Connect into a preferred healthcare partner for major institutions, delivering corporate-sponsored prevention and chronic-care programmes for employees, executives, retirees, pensioners and their eligible families. This is a business-building position, not a conventional sales or liaison assignment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategic enterprise partnerships: Establish and expand relationships with leading PSUs, public- and private-sector banks, large Indian corporations, MNCs and employer groups.
- Executive engagement: Work with CEOs, CMDs, CHROs, HR Directors, CFOs, Medical Directors and Employee Benefits Heads to develop institution-wide healthcare programmes.
- End-to-end execution: Lead opportunities from origination and solution design through procurement, negotiation, contracting, implementation, beneficiary enrolment and scale-up.
- Institutional healthcare integration: Embed iLive Connect into employee health benefits, pensioner schemes and corporate medical programmes in collaboration with clinical, IT, HR, finance and insurance stakeholders.
- National platform expansion: Build anchor accounts and scale them into recurring, multi-location partnerships;
develop links with TPAs, insurers, trusts, employer bodies and pensioner associations.

THE REQUIRED PROFILE
Evidence of results is essential.
This search is restricted to proven senior professionals with a demonstrable track record in large-scale institutional
healthcare development. All five criteria below are mandatory.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS | ALL MANDATORY
01 Previous senior leadership responsibility
Prior experience as a Vice President, Senior Vice President, Business Head, Executive Director, National Head or equivalent in an established organisation. A senior title alone is insufficient; applicants must demonstrate ownership of major institutional business outcomes.
02 Substantive healthcare-sector experience
Significant experience within a major hospital group, health insurer, employee-benefits or corporate health provider, digital health company, chronic-care platform, medical technology company or enterprise healthcare services business.
03 Personally delivered enterprise partnerships
Must have personally originated or led the negotiation, contracting and implementation of major healthcare partnerships with large corporations, banks, PSUs, insurers or multinational organisations. Candidates must be able to quantify programme scale, commercial impact, enrolment and their own contribution.
04 Current, senior-level institutional access
Strong and credible professional relationships with relevant senior leadership in multiple major institutions. Familiarity with how corporate benefits budgets, institutional healthcare purchasing and stakeholder approvals work is essential.
05 Ability to deliver operational integration
Experience navigating enterprise procurement, complex commercial arrangements, legal and regulatory requirements, data privacy/security reviews, institutional onboarding and national or multi-site rollout.
PREFERRED PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUNDS
- National or enterprise business leadership in leading hospital chains, health insurance organisations, healthcare
service groups or digital-health / medtech companies.
- A history of successfully integrating healthcare services into multiple prestigious corporate, PSU or banking accounts.
- Experience with employee medical benefits, retiree healthcare programmes, self-insured employers, insurers, TPAs or
pensioner trusts.
WHO WILL NOT BE SHORTLISTED
Candidates whose experience is primarily routine field sales, meeting facilitation, introductions, advisory titles without
delivery responsibility, or unverified claims of influential contacts will not meet this brief.

THE IMPACT AND THE OPPORTUNITY
WHAT MAKES THE ROLE DISTINCTIVE
- National growth mandate: Help create a major institutional healthcare vertical in an emerging category with
significant room for expansion.
- A differentiated healthcare offering: Bring to institutions a physician-led, connected-care platform rather than a
conventional standalone product.
- Long-term business creation: Build scalable partnerships that can extend across sites, employees, retirees, insurer
programmes and other large beneficiary groups.
- Exceptional compensation and rewards: A highly competitive senior executive package commensurate with calibre
and track record, including substantial performance-linked incentives and opportunities to participate in long-term
value creation. All arrangements will be structured in accordance with applicable corporate and procurement
requirements.
HOW SUCCESS WILL BE MEASURED
The focus will be on commercially meaningful, implemented partnerships and recurring institutional business - not the
number of meetings or introductions.
- Senior-level engagement and qualified opportunities within priority institutional accounts.
- Formal pilots and enterprise contracts converted into operational programmes.
- Beneficiaries activated, programmes sustained, and recurring revenue generated.
- Replicable integration and rollout models across institutions and geographies.
A SELECTIVE APPLICATION PROCESS
Applicants should submit a concise professional profile including:
- Previous VP / SVP / Business Head-level positions and scope of responsibility.
- At least three significant institutional healthcare partnerships personally led to signature and implementation (client
names where disclosure is permitted).
- Their specific role, programme size, commercial or beneficiary impact, and how the integration was delivered.
- Relevant experience with PSUs, major banks, multinational companies or corporate healthcare programmes.
Shortlisted applicants will be asked to substantiate these achievements through structured interviews and professional references,
while respecting legitimate confidentiality obligations.
WHO SHOULD CONSIDER THIS OPPORTUNITY?
An accomplished institutional healthcare executive who has already built substantial enterprise business, commands
the confidence of senior corporate stakeholders, and wants to build an enduring national healthcare platform.
We are seeking an institution-builder - not merely a relationship manager.
