Role Overview:

The VP - Sales will spearhead the company's revenue growth strategy, overseeing high-value B2B acquisitions and long-term client partnerships in the Mumbai region. This role involves leading a high-performing sales organization, refining go-to-market strategies, and driving sales transformation initiatives to optimize conversion cycles. You will work closely with the leadership team, design heads, and project delivery leads to ensure that sales targets align with operational capabilities, ultimately positioning Flipspaces as the preferred partner for large-scale commercial interior projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Formulate and execute comprehensive sales strategies to capture market share in the commercial interior design and build sector.

- Lead and mentor a high-growth sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and performance to exceed quarterly revenue targets.

- Drive sales transformation by implementing data-driven processes and CRM enhancements that improve lead qualification and pipeline velocity.

- Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate real estate heads, facility managers, and business owners to secure long-term contracts.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project handovers and high client satisfaction, which serves as a foundation for repeat business.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine value propositions and maintain a competitive edge in the Mumbai market.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex B2B sales cycles, particularly within the construction, interior fit-out, or real estate services industry.

- Proven ability to lead and scale sales organizations, with a track record of coaching teams to achieve consistent growth.

- Strong analytical mindset to interpret sales data and implement transformation strategies that improve operational efficiency.
