About this role
1. Revenue & Growth:
- Own and deliver the annual sales and revenue targets.
- Develop and execute the sales strategy across India and international markets.
- Build a predictable enterprise sales pipeline and improve conversion rates.
- Identify new markets, accounts and strategic growth opportunities.
- Drive large, multi-year software and transformation deals.
2. CXO Sales Connect:
- Build relationships with CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, COOs and business heads of insurance companies.
- Lead strategic discussions around digital transformation, AI, distribution and customer experience.
- Personally drive key strategic accounts and high-value opportunities.
- Position AccelTree as a strategic technology partner rather than a transactional software vendor.
3. Sales Organisation:
- Build, mentor and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Establish clear KPIs, sales processes, forecasting mechanisms and accountability.
- Develop territory and account plans.
- Coach sales leaders and account executives on enterprise selling and negotiation.
4. GTM & Market Development:
- Develop go-to-market strategies for AccelTree's core solutions, including ePoS, Agency Management, Lead Management, CRM and Agentic AI solutions.
- Identify emerging insurance technology trends and convert them into commercial opportunities.
- Develop partnerships with consultants, system integrators and technology partners.
- Strengthen AccelTree's presence in selected international markets.
5. Strategic Account Management:
- Build long-term relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for cross-sell and up-sell.
- Work closely with Customer Success, Product and Delivery teams to ensure customer value and retention.
- Develop strategic account plans for key customers.
