About this role
Role & responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced VP Sales / Sales Head to lead PAN India business development for a leading manufacturer of Fire Safety, Disaster Management, Emergency Response and Industrial Safety Solutions.
The role will be responsible for driving Government (B2G), PSU, Defence, Institutional and Industrial sales, developing strategic customer relationships, managing key accounts, and leading high-value tender-based and solution-selling opportunities.
The incumbent will be responsible for revenue growth, market expansion, sales strategy, team leadership and business development across India.
Preferred Background:
- 15+ years in B2G/Institutional/Industrial Sales
- Experience in Government & PSU Sales
- Strong exposure to Tendering, GeM, RFQ/RFP, Techno-Commercial Negotiations
- Experience in Fire Safety, Industrial Equipment, Capital Equipment, Defence, Electrical, Engineering, Infrastructure or Security Solutions
- Proven experience in leading large sales teams and managing strategic accounts across India
