Vice President - RCM

Position Overview

Health Prime is looking for an experienced Vice President RCM Operations to lead the Hospital Business Unit. The role will have end-to-end accountability for client outcomes, financial performance, operational excellence, retention and growth, and people leadership across a large-scale US healthcare RCM operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead 500+ FTE RCM operations across multiple customers, managers, supervisors, and delivery teams.
• Own delivery of client KPIs/SLAs, revenue cycle performance, customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth.
• Drive revenue realization, profitability, productivity, cost management, workforce planning, and resource utilization.
• Establish performance targets, governance, and accountability across the operations organization.
• Leverage dashboards and analytics to monitor productivity, quality, service levels, and financial performance, driving corrective actions where required.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and drive process standardization, continuous improvement, automation, and efficiency.
• Partner with Client Success and leadership teams to translate client priorities into effective operational plans.
• Act as the senior escalation point for critical customer and delivery issues.
• Drive revenue leakage management and improvement in overall revenue cycle performance.
• Build and develop a strong leadership bench through mentoring, performance management, and succession planning.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and attrition management.
• Partner with executive stakeholders on strategic priorities, tactical plans, and transformation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, standards, client requirements, and internal policies.
