Vice President, Quality Assurance Engineer Team Lead, Core Banking Technology

In Group Technology, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels. Roles and Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of quality assurance engineers to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies, including unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to identify and address quality issues Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness Provide mentorship and guidance to the quality assurance team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement Analyze and report on quality metrics, identifying trends and recommending corrective actions Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in quality assurance Must have proficiency in automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, or similar technologies is essential. Familiarity with Finacle core banking systems is a significant advantage. Experience with Unix or Linux operating systems is beneficial. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 12 Years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a team lead or supervisory role Proficient in software testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and identify root causes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Proven track record of leading and motivating a team of quality assurance engineers Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
