Magic EdTech is searching for an experienced Delivery Leader to join our leadership team and contribute to our growth. The ideal candidate will have a self-driven and entrepreneurial spirit to strategize and grow customer accounts.

Essential Job Requirements:

Revenue and P&L management:

- Responsible for managing $MM revenue and margin goals for the assigned accounts.

- Plan and execute a growth strategy to sustain high beta growth.

Delivery Management:

- Responsible for the coordination of multi-disciplined, cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth execution of customer engagement, ensuring timely delivery and quality within the planned cost and schedule.

- Strategize and implement program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives.

- Utilize defined program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement.

- Achieve Revenue and Margin goals for customer accounts.

Customer Management:

- Ability to carry an in-depth understanding of customer business and program needs.

- Account mining for YoY growth in customer engagement.

- Lead pre-sales team for new business from existing or new customers.

- Ensure frequency of governance cadence with customer.

- Effective in stakeholder communication.

- Risk and Escalation Management.

- Lead a team of program managers to manage customer engagements and timely publishing of progress reports.

Process Adherence:

- Follow a well-defined Agile process.

- Champion continuous improvement initiatives on Agile practices.

Team Adherence:

- Managing a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.

- Ensuring optimal team performance.

- Promote empowerment of the team.

Organization-level contribution:

- Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.

- Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum of 15 years of overall experience and 3 years in a similar role.

- Agile Management.

- Expert knowledge of Agile management principles and practices.

- Certified for Advanced level of Agile or Scrum.

- Balanced business - technical background.

- Hands-on experience of using Gen-AI in planning and execution.

- Technical background to provide leadership to project teams.

- Ability to collaborate with customers and develop strategies and solutions of high business value.

- Very effective interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building.

- Excellent oral and written communications skills.

- Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.
