A quantitative investment advisory and PMS house is hiring a leader to own and scale its institutional and intermediary business across India, reporting to the CEO.

Key responsibilities:
- Own the institutional and channel AUM target end to end with full accountability for the distribution P&L
- Drive AUM growth through partnerships with national distributors, RIAs, IFAs, MFDs, family offices and wealth managers
- Build, mentor and scale the institutional and channel sales team; set coverage models, territory design, productivity benchmarks and incentive structures
- Act as trusted advisor to channel partners and institutional clients; run product presentations, investment discussions and performance reviews
- Partner with the CEO on distribution strategy, pricing and positioning
- Ensure all sales and client interactions are fully SEBI-compliant; represent the firm at industry forums.

Must have:

A demonstrated, named B2B network across IFAs, RIAs, MFDs, family offices, national distributors and wealth managers, plus prior leadership or channel-head experience.
Individual contributor RM profiles will not clear, however strong the book. ESOPs are part of the package.
MBA (Finance / Marketing), CFA, CA, CFP or equivalent preferred.
NISM certifications are mandatory.
