Job Title: Vice President, Operations Skill Development (B2G & CSR Projects)

Experience Required: Min 20 yrs

Location: Anywhere in India (Open to travel)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned operations leader to head large-scale Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL), Government-funded, and CSR-sponsored skill development projects. The role will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, compliance, stakeholder management, and P&L ownership across PAN INDIA.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Operations & Delivery

• Lead end-to-end execution of RPL, Short-Term Training (STT), Upskilling, and Reskilling projects under various government schemes (PMKVY, PM Vishwakarma, BOCW, NSDC, Sector Skill Councils, State Skill Missions, etc.).
• Plan annual/monthly mobilization, training, assessment, and certification targets.
• Ensure timely batch formation, training delivery, assessments, and payouts.
• Monitor center readiness, trainer deployment, and infrastructure compliance.

2. Government & CSR Project Management

• Manage projects funded by:
• Central Government Ministries
• State Skill Development Missions
• CSR Foundations
• Multilateral / NGO partners
• Oversee implementation as per SOPs, DPRs, and funding guidelines.
• Ensure milestone achievement linked to fund disbursements.

3. Tendering & Bidding Support

• Work with business development teams on:
• RFP analysis
• Costing & budgeting
• Implementation planning
• Manpower & infra projections
• Support project onboarding post award.

4. Compliance & Quality Assurance

• Ensure adherence to:
• NSDC / SSC guidelines
• State portal compliance
• Biometric attendance
• Geo-tagging
• Video evidence
• Manage audits (internal, third-party, government).
• Ensure documentation for assessments and certifications.

5. Financial & P&L Management

• Own project-level P&L.
• Monitor:
• Training costs
• Mobilization cost
• Assessment fees
• Center OPEX
• Optimize cost per candidate while maintaining quality.
