Role Overview:

As the Vice President of Marketing, you will serve as the strategic lead for all brand and growth initiatives, reporting directly to the leadership team. You will be responsible for defining the company's market positioning, overseeing high-impact digital and offline campaigns, and driving lead generation to support aggressive sales targets. This role involves close collaboration with the sales, product, and operations teams to ensure a unified customer experience. Your work will directly influence the company's market share and brand equity, ensuring Urbanrise remains a top-of-mind choice for homebuyers in the competitive Bangalore real estate landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's long-term business objectives and quarterly sales targets.

- Manage the end-to-end marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation across digital, print, outdoor, and experiential channels to maximize return on investment.

- Lead the brand management function to strengthen Urbanrise's identity, ensuring consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints and public relations efforts.

- Oversee digital marketing operations, including performance marketing, SEO, and social media, to drive high-quality lead acquisition and conversion.

- Utilize marketing analytics to track campaign performance, derive actionable insights, and refine strategies based on consumer behavior and market trends.

- Collaborate with the product team to define value propositions for new project launches and effectively communicate these to target demographics.

- Mentor and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and data-driven decision-making.

- Manage external agency relationships and media partners to ensure high-quality delivery of marketing communications and collateral.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in formulating and executing complex marketing strategies within the real estate or high-value consumer goods sectors.

- Proven ability to manage large-scale budgets and deliver measurable growth in lead generation and brand awareness.

- Strong proficiency in marketing analytics and digital marketing tools, with the ability to translate data into strategic business decisions.

- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building and managing diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with senior stakeholders and external partners effectively.

- Deep understanding of the Bangalore real estate market dynamics and consumer buying behavior.

- A postgraduate degree in Management from a premier institute is highly preferred.

- Ability to work on-site in Bangalore, maintaining a hands-on approach to project launches and team management.
