Vice President Investments

Position: VP (Investments)

Reporting to: Managing Partner Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

• Intensive research of the focus areas - healthcare, food, consumer, climate and technology.
  
• Deal origination and evaluation
  
• Tracking of market trends and developments
  
• Preparation and review of deal documents such as Investment Memorandum, issuance of Term Sheets, drafting of Shareholder Agreements etc.)

What we are looking for:

• Good investment track record in PE/VC
• 5-15 years of relevant working experience in venture capital/private equity investments at leading funds
  
• Team player
  
• Strong networking skills
  
• Strong academic credentials (preferably MBA/PGDM) from top tier institutions
  
• Prior experience in focus areas would be a plus
  
• High degree of attention to detail
  
• Comfortable in handling ambiguity
  
• Strong research capability
