- Proven experience in financial management, accounting, and reporting.

- Strong understanding of financial processes, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.

- Consolidation of books of accounts

- Cash Flow Management

- Financial Structuring of subsidiary companies

Reporting to: CFO

Role and Responsibility:

- Financial Management: Oversee the financial management activities including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Ensure financial stability and optimize financial performance.

- Accounting Operations: Manage accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and fixed assets. Ensure accurate and timely financial transactions.

- Compliance and Liaison: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. Coordinate with regulatory authorities and auditors for financial reviews and audits.

- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and statements. Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

- Risk Management: Identify potential financial risks and develop mitigation strategies. Implement internal controls to safeguard financial assets.

- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all financial activities. Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve financial processes and systems. Implement best practices and automation to enhance efficiency.
