Vice President - Finance & Accounting Transformation

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive digital transformation initiatives across Finance & Accounting functions for a portfolio of clients.

- Develop and execute transformation strategies aligned with emerging technology trends and business objectives.

- Evaluate and implement next-generation finance technologies, including Agentic Finance platforms and AI-driven solutions.

- Lead large-scale Finance & Accounting transformation programs from strategy through implementation.

- Identify opportunities to improve finance processes, automation, efficiency, controls, and business performance.

- Define transformation roadmaps, operating models, technology strategies, and implementation plans.

- Lead cross-functional teams and ensure successful delivery of complex transformation programs.

- Manage senior-level relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Engage with CXOs and business leaders to understand strategic priorities and translate them into transformation initiatives.

- Establish program governance, track milestones, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.

- Drive adoption of new technologies and ensure effective change management across finance organizations.

- Identify emerging technologies and assess their potential application within Finance & Accounting.

- Present transformation strategies, progress, outcomes, and recommendations to senior leadership.

Required Candidate Profile:

- 18 - 25 years of overall professional experience.

- Extensive experience in Finance & Accounting transformation and digital transformation.

- Proven experience leading large-scale transformation programs within the F&A domain.

- Strong understanding of finance processes, operating models, automation, and technology-enabled transformation.

- Experience working with emerging technologies such as AI, GenAI, automation, and Agentic Finance solutions.

- Strong program and stakeholder management experience.

- Proven ability to manage senior internal and external stakeholders and CXO-level relationships.

- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

- Ability to manage complex, multi-functional transformation programs in large organizations.

Preferred Candidate:

- Experience in consulting, transformation advisory, shared services, GBS, or large enterprise finance environments.

- Experience delivering multi-client Finance & Accounting transformation programs.

- Exposure to AI-led finance transformation and next-generation finance operating models.

- Strong understanding of digital finance trends and emerging technology capabilities.
