About this role
This is a VP Software Engineering role at Accelya, leading technology for its Cargo platform.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the Cargo technology strategy.
- Lead engineering, architecture, cloud, and technology teams.
- Drive SaaS product development and innovation.
- Ensure scalable, secure, and reliable technology.
- Partner with Product, CTO, executives, and other stakeholders.
- Manage technology budgets, resources, KPIs, and delivery.
- Build a 24 year technology roadmap aligned with business goals.
Ideal profile

- Strong software engineering and cloud/architecture expertise.
- Proven strategic and people leadership.
- Strong product development and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to drive innovation in a fast-moving environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
