Your New Role: Align strategic direction of Squads across Domains delivering towards the same, complex business outcomes ​

Provide targeted communication to all stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of dependencies, deliverables, and issues as well as to measure and manage stakeholder expectations ​

You provide leadership across large scale Business Outcomes, with significant financial investment, broad resource demands, and extended timeframes ​

You develop deep working relationships with a number of vendors across multiple offerings, while operating in a complex stakeholder environment across multiple Domains ​

What will you bring: Significant experience in project, program, portfolio , or delivery management, with experience in banking and financial services desirable. ​

Experience in agile ways of working and agile at scale approach ​

Managing the delivery of large complex programs containing multiple streams, with multiple vendors (typically ​

Building, leading, and managing teams of between 10-100+ people ​

Use of structured program and project management methodologies, inclusive of change management and technology delivery ​
