Job Description
A Cluster Delivery head in Intelligent business operations (IBO) is a senior level executive role, driving for the respective cluster, a high performing delivery organization, leading and supporting growth of existing portfolio of accounts, developing process and procedures to govern performance to contracts, deploying the global tools and procedures in respective portfolio of accounts, take active role in developing key client relationships for the respective portfolio, mentoring and creating more leaders of future.
The key success factors of the role include building a strong delivery platform, developing a Growth mind set and a growth-based organization, creating strong client partnerships, delivering the committed transformation and productivity commitments and driving industrialized ways of working in terms of best practices, automation penetration and contract management.
Must have a strategic mindset supported by a strong track record in driving the results and achieving measurable outcomes, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. Possess a deep understanding of industry, technology, and people market dynamics.
Primary Skills
The specific job responsibilities of a cluster delivery head typically include:
- Delivering additional commercial and profitable value to IBO
- Shaping up and cocreating where needed, proactive proposals with client leading to a sole source renewal and expansion
- Should be a strong Influencer at clients C - Suite and should be able articulate our value proposition, capability to become and sustain being a strategic partner.
- Accountable for budget, forecast and actuals for the portfolio on sold deals
- Bringing inspiration and new industry developments to clients and leading by example across IBO organization and the Group
- Delivering over and above to our clients and converting the customer delight into recognition and growth, owning clients and Capgemini IBOs reputation
- Bringing the power of the Group to client account(s) and orchestrating other parts of the Groups portfolio beyond IBO to deliver outcomes to the client
- Leading and shaping the market story on Capgemini IBOs value proposition
- Leading partnerships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, 3rd parties, and employees
- Ensuring that operations are aligned with well-defined business outcomes
- Driving the organizational transformation and being the guardian of contractual outcomes and the future agenda for the client-Capgemini IBO partnership
- Mitigating risks and serving as top-level escalation point on critical client engagement
