Hiring:
Vice President Sales / OEM Business Head - Rajkot.
Role Overview:
Lead OEM growth, strategic accounts, new business, revenue & profitability. Drive Tier-1/Tier-2 relationships, RFQs, commercial negotiations, NPD, PPAP and sales team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute comprehensive business development strategies to expand the firm's market share and diversify the client portfolio across key industrial sectors.
- Lead high-level OEM sales and marketing initiatives, ensuring the firm's service offerings align with the technical and operational requirements of major original equipment manufacturers.
- Manage and nurture key account relationships to ensure long-term retention, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling value-added consulting services.
Candidate Requirements:
- Senior OEM/VP Sales leader with 12+ yrs in Foundry/Engineering/Auto Components.
- BE/B.Tech Mechanical/Production/Metallurgy; MBA preferred.
