Job Description Vice President role within the CIB Controls Management Tech & Tooling team, responsible for driving structured product strategy and end-to-end delivery across Controls Assessment Transformation (CAT) platforms. Operating at the intersection of business, data, and engineering, this role leads the shift from fragmented processes to integrated, data-driven decisioning and scalable execution, delivering AI-enabled controls transformation. The role offers the opportunity to shape next-generation AI-enabled controls capabilities at scale, working closely with senior leadership across business, data, and technology, while driving strategic initiatives that enhance innovation and operational excellence across CIB Controls. As part of the CAT leadership model, you will establish and scale a consistent approach to how business problems are structured, translated, and delivered across inflight one-stop-solutions covering AI-Assisted Control Evaluations, Data-Driven insights, Operational Process Automations & Centralized Control Data Store. You will partner closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Data teams, and senior stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into clear problem definitions, requirements, and execution plans, driving alignment and delivery across the portfolio and embedding AI-enabled capabilities into controls workflows to improve decision quality, efficiency, and scalability. Job Responsibilities

• Lead the translation of CAT strategy into structured, executable problem statements, requirements, and delivery plans across different platforms.
• Drive consistency and rigor in how business logic, requirements, and decision frameworks are defined and implemented
• Own end-to-end delivery alignment across Product, Engineering, and Data teams, including backlog prioritization, dependency management, and trade-off decisions
• Partner with stakeholders to shape scalable, AI-enabled product capabilities embedded within the user experience
• Drive cross-product alignment to ensure cohesive outcomes across the CAT ecosystem
• Track delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes, providing clear updates to senior stakeholders
• Contribute to the evolution of CAT operating model, standards, and governance frameworks

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

• 10+ years of experience in product strategy, data driven business analysis, or delivery within a complex, matrixed organization
• Strong understanding of controls, risk management, and data governance, including data quality, lineage, metadata, and controls over data
• Proven ability to structure complex, ambiguous problems into clear strategies, requirements, and execution plans, with minimal oversight
• Demonstrated experience owning delivery across product, engineering, and data teams, including backlog prioritization, dependency management, and Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban)
• Advanced analytical capability, including defining metrics, dashboards, and management information (MI) to support executive decision-making
• Proven ability to translate analytics into business insight, including executive reporting and governance pack development (Excel, PowerPoint; exposure to Power BI/Tableau)
• Experience working with data tools such as SQL and Alteryx to support analysis and solution design
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate effectively with partners, including governance forums and steering committees
• Ability to operate independently in a high-ambiguity environment, setting direction as well as executing

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

• Experience working with AI-enabled or data-driven products, including familiarity with prompt engineering and prompt patterns for evaluation workflows
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau for analytics and reporting
• Background in Risk and Controls
• Experience supporting large-scale transformation initiatives or platform rollouts
