The Role

This is not a client servicing role. This is a growth leadership role.

You'll lead key client relationships, drive revenue across accounts, and shape how clients see us as a strategic partner, not an agency. You should be equally comfortable advising CMOs, challenging strategy, unlocking opportunities, and building high-performing teams.

What You'll Do

• Own senior client relationships and become a trusted advisor on business decisions
• Drive account growth through upsell, cross-sell, and proactive opportunity spotting
• Bring sharp, integrated thinking across creative, media, content, and tech
• Play a key role in pitches with clear POVs and strong storytelling
• Build and lead a high-performance account management team
• Ensure delivery excellence across timelines, quality, and profitability

What You Bring

• 12+ years in account management within digital or integrated agencies
• Experience managing large brands and revenue targets
• Strong understanding of what drives real business outcomes in digital
• Ability to sell, defend, and scale ideas
• Equal comfort with data, strategy, and storytelling
• Proven track record of building and leading teams
