Verizon- International Voice Process

Key Responsibilities

• Handle calls from international customers

• Understand customer issues, troubleshoot, and provide clear, accurate resolutions

• Maintain call quality, adherence, and productivity targets

• Document each interaction correctly in the system

• Escalate complex issues through the proper channels

• Follow company policies, compliance, and process guidelines

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Graduate or undergraduate
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of international voice experience (mandatory)

• Excellent verbal communication in English

• Willingness to work rotational shifts
• Ability to join immediately

Work Details

• Working days: 5 days a week

• Shifts: Rotational • Transport: Two-way cab facility within a 30 km radius

• Location: Hitech City, Hyderabad

Selection Process

• Round 1: Initial interview (virtual) • Round 2: Final round (face to face)
