Telecalling Verification Executive Demat Account Opening

Responsibilities:

• Make calls for Demat account opening verification.
• Verify customer details and required documents.
• Explain the verification/account opening process to customers.
• Maintain accurate records and follow process guidelines.
• Achieve daily calling, quality, and productivity targets.

Requirements:

• Excellent Gujarati communication skills are mandatory.
• Good Hindi/English communication will be an added advantage.
• 6 months of tele-calling/BPO/customer service experience preferred.
• Freshers with excellent Gujarati communication can also apply.
• Basic computer knowledge and good customer-handling skills.
