    • Negotiation, Proposals and Booking Closure: Collect availability, rates, packages, menus and commercial conditions; prepare accurate proposals and quotations; and negotiate room blocks, upgrades, complimentary rooms, venue rentals, F&B packages, minimum guarantees, backup spaces, check-in/check-out flexibility, payment schedules, cancellation and attrition terms, decor permissions and outside-vendor policies. Follow up until each enquiry is converted, postponed, lost or closed. Obtain written confirmation, signed agreement, payment terms and the client advance before confirming, and coordinate with Finance on invoices and payment follow-ups.
    • Hotel Recces and Site Inspections: Conduct regular hotel visits, recces and client site visits; study rooms, suites, function spaces, guest movement, parking, vendor access, mandap and stage placement, lighting, sound and curfew limits, weather backup and accessibility; and submit recce reports with labelled photos and videos within 24-48 hours.
