Vendor Performance Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Statements of Work (SOWs), Work Orders (WOs), and Change Requests (CRs)
• Ensure compliance with vendor governance processes, approvals, and contractual obligations.
• Monitor and validate vendor KPIs, SLAs, and service performance metrics.
• Track and reconcile vendor invoices, milestone billing, and commercial agreements for financial accuracy.
• Maintain contract documentation, version control, and audit-ready records.
• Coordinate with IT teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery and governance.
• Manage contract amendments, change requests, and responsibility matrices across service providers.
• Facilitate vendor governance meetings, track action items, and drive process adherence.
• Identify and escalate service, contractual, or financial risks and performance gaps.
• Support IT Managed Services functions including Cloud, Network, Security, Service Desk, EUC, and Data Center services.
