Job Title: Vendor Operations (6-Month Contract)

About the Role

This role serves as a key operational bridge between external suppliers and internal teamssupporting order processing, pricing, reporting, and issue resolution throughout the end-to-end order lifecycle.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Order Processing & Management: Place vendor orders and manage the daily administration and preparation of online orders for shipping.
• Pricing & Options: Provide pricing structures and product options to support sales and internal queries.
• Issue Resolution: Handle vendor order queries and resolve order fulfillment bottlenecks both internally and externally.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Liaise with key internal departments, including Logo/Artwork, Trademark (TM), Customer Care (CC), Telemarketing, and Call Center teams.
• System Operations (ABC Platform): Demonstrate strong operational knowledge of the ABC Platform (Product Order Management) to execute tasks and run operational reports.
• Vendor & Turnaround Time (TAT) Management: Maintain strong working relationships with external suppliers while tracking and managing order turnaround times (both in-house and third-party fulfillment).
• Vendor Promotion & Market Adaptation: Promote vendor products within internal sales channels (Call Center/Telemarketing) and respond to changing market demands in a timely manner.
• Post-Sale Support: Perform after-sale follow-ups with suppliers to ensure order accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Prior experience in vendor management, order processing, or e-commerce supply chain operations. (Previous experience within National Pen / Cimpress is a plus).
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with order management platforms (ABC Platform, MCP, Oracle, or Windows).
• Communication: Good interpersonal skills with fluency in written and spoken English.
• Operational Drive: High attention to detail, strong accuracy, and the ability to work independently to tight deadlines.
• Proactive Mindset: Able to adapt quickly to changing market trends, support business development, and work comfortably in a target-driven sales and marketing environment.
• Customer-Centric: Background or understanding of customer service principles is beneficial.

Work Location & Eligibility

• Location: This role requires working on-site from our Chinchpokli / Byculla office in Mumbai. Candidates must be comfortable commuting daily to this office.
• Flexibility: Candidates must be open to flexible working hours to align with various global time zones as required by business operations.
