Vendor Onboarding & Catalogue Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a Vendor Onboarding & Catalogue Executive to manage vendor onboarding and product catalogue readiness for an e-commerce platform.

The candidate will be responsible for taking vendors from initial handover through catalogue preparation, quality checking, platform upload and final go-live.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate vendor onboarding and review vendor handover information.
• Review raw product catalogues and identify missing or incorrect information.
• Prepare and standardize product data in Excel/Tech Sheets.
• Clean, structure, validate and enrich product catalogue data.
• Manage product titles, descriptions, categories, attributes, pricing, dimensions, SKUs, variants and images.
• Perform detailed catalogue QA before upload.
• Upload finalized product catalogues to the platform and perform post-upload QA.
• Coordinate with vendors to obtain missing or corrected product information.
• Coordinate with internal teams, Finance, Tech and third-party catalogue partners.
• Track catalogue progress from handover to go-live.
• Manage post-launch catalogue updates and corrections.
• Identify recurring catalogue issues and suggest process improvements.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations, catalogue operations, vendor onboarding or product/data operations.
• Advanced Excel skills are mandatory.
• Hands-on experience working with large Excel files and product data.
• Experience with SKU, pricing, product attributes, dimensions and variants.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT for data cleaning, structuring and enrichment.
• Good written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
• Strong ownership and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to manage multiple catalogues simultaneously.

Preferred: Experience with furniture, home dcor, lighting, appliances, interiors or related product categories.
