Vendor Manufacturing Head- Machine Division

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement effective quality management systems to drive excellence.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve quality goals and objectives.
• Manage vendor development, negotiation, and sourcing to ensure high-quality products.
• Conduct FMEA, RCA, and CAPA analysis to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with suppliers and customers to resolve quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ISO 9001 and QMS.

Job Requirements :

• Strong expertise in ISO 9001, QMS, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, RCA, CAPA, Supplier & Customer Quality.
• Proven experience in driving quality excellence, process improvements, and leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience in new vendor development, vendor negotiation, and vendor allocation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
