Vendor Management Governance

Job Summary

Quess Corp is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Vendor Governance professional to manage the end-to-end recruitment vendor lifecycle. The role will involve sourcing and onboarding recruitment vendors, managing vendor documentation and empanelment, coordinating with internal stakeholders, monitoring vendor performance, handling invoicing and vendor codes, and maintaining accurate vendor data.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in vendor management, recruitment/vendor governance, stakeholder management, documentation, compliance, and vendor performance management.

Key Responsibilities

Vendor Sourcing & Empanelment

• Identify, source, and evaluate new recruitment vendors based on business requirements.
• Manage the end-to-end vendor empanelment process from identification to activation.
• Coordinate with vendors to collect and validate all required documents.
• Manage legal and compliance documentation, agreements, NDAs, MSA/SOW and other relevant documents.
• Coordinate with internal Legal, Finance, Procurement and Business teams for vendor onboarding and approvals.
• Ensure timely completion of vendor onboarding and empanelment activities.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Vendor Management / Vendor Governance / Recruitment Vendor Management / VMO.
• Experience in managing recruitment/staffing vendors will be preferred.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end vendor lifecycle.
• Experience in vendor onboarding and empanelment.
• Knowledge of vendor documentation and legal/commercial agreements.
