Vendor Management Executive

Role - Vendor Management Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our team and manage vendor relationships and related processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Review and manage vendor contracts.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and operations.
• Prepare and maintain monthly vendor reports.
• Maintain SOPs and other process-related documents.
• Identify and shortlist new vendors for services that support product growth, including initial analysis, pricing negotiations, and presenting recommendations to management.
• Act as the escalation point of contact (POC) between vendors and Meditab.

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and working with spreadsheets.
• Strong coordination and negotiation skills.

Good to Have:

• Basic knowledge of the US Healthcare/Healthcare domain.
