Vendor Development Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Manage the bidding process for line haul, FTL, LTL, vehicle management, traffic manager, RFQs to optimize costs.
• Negotiate rates with vendors to achieve best possible deals for the company.
• Monitor vendor performance and identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements :

• 5-10 years of experience in logistics or supply chain industry.
• Strong knowledge of bidding processes (FTL/LTL) and rate negotiation techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
