Vendor Coordinator(On Contract)

Role purpose

Supports partner management across Pentair engineering programs, including development/IoT delivery and L1/L2 managed services, covering resource and financial management for Time & Material (T&M) partners.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare SOW renewals and updates ahead of expiry; maintain the partner contract repository.
• Create and update POs for joiners, exits and extensions; map costs to CERs and internal orders.
• Reconcile monthly partner timesheets and attendance; flag mismatches before billing.
• Validate invoices in Esker against timesheets, rate card and PO; follow up with AP on payments.
• Handle new position requests: screen profiles, schedule interviews, check rates against the rate card.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding: IT tickets, system access and asset handover.
• Collect partner feedback each PI; run monthly governance calls with minutes and action tracking.
• Keep partner trackers current and publish monthly reports to engineering leadership.
• Track PO coverage per partner and flag lapses or low balances early.
• Identifying and onboarding new vendor/ Partners for Engineering Services

Required qualifications

• Graduate with 58 years in vendor/partner management, IT services procurement or PMO.
• Hands-on experience with T&M and managed-services contracts (SOWs, POs, rate cards).
• Working knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (PO, invoicing and payment)/AP and PO processes; SAP and Esker a plus.
• AI and Advanced Excel for reconciliation and reporting (lookups, pivots, validation).
• Strong follow-up discipline and clear stakeholder communication.
