Job Title: Vehicle Test Engineer

Job Summary:

Vehicle Testing Engineer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring vehicle testing activities. The role involves ensuring timely and effective test execution

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Performance Validation & On Road Endurance
• Coordinate and manage all vehicle testing activities.
• Analyze test data, results, and reports.
• Troubleshooting test vehicles and failure investigation.
• Recommend alternative evaluation and validation methods when required.
• Monitor test progress and ensure timely completion of activities.
• Track and communicate the status of DRT testing activities.
• Coordinate with CMVR testing, Homologation, and other cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with applicable testing procedures, standards, and requirements.
• Support the investigation and resolution of test-related issues.
• Maintain accurate test records, reports, and documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and practices.

Additional Responsibilities :

• Maintaining documents for audits.
• Contribution to process improvement and knowledge-sharing initiatives within the department

Technical Skills :

• Knowledge of vehicle testing methodologies and evaluation techniques.
• Proficiency in test data analysis and report preparation.
• Working knowledge of Power Apps, Python, AI tools, or other digital automation platforms.
• Familiarity with automotive standards, regulations, and validation processes.

Educational Qualification:

B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering

Experience Required:

2 - 5 years in vehicle testing and validation.
