Job Description:

Virat Scrappers is expanding its End-of-Life Vehicle (ELV) collection and recovery operations and is hiring a proactive Vehicle Recovery & Coordination Coordinator. The role involves coordinating the end-to-end movement of vehicles identified for scrapping — from pickup location to our RVSF facility — while acting as the key link between the Vehicle Search Team, vehicle owners, government departments, recovery teams, transporters, and the plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the Vehicle Search Team to verify and process vehicles approved for recovery
• Liaise with vehicle owners, government departments, institutions, and fleet operators to schedule pickups
• Coordinate with police, local authorities, and government bodies for documentation/clearances where required
• Verify vehicle documentation before movement and coordinate with the Verification Team
• Plan and coordinate pickups with towing/transportation teams; track vehicles in transit
• Coordinate with the RVSF plant team on expected arrivals, unloading, and handover
• Resolve field-level issues (schedule changes, delays, breakdowns, documentation gaps) and escalate when needed
• Maintain accurate recovery records and prepare daily reporting on pending/ongoing/completed recoveries

Candidate Requirements:

• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Confidence dealing with police, government bodies, and local authorities
• Strong field-level problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple recovery assignments simultaneously
• Willingness to travel to pickup locations across Ghaziabad, Delhi NCR & surrounding areas
• Basic computer and documentation skills
• Freshers with strong communication/coordination skills may also apply

Preferred Experience (any of the following):
Automobile industry, vehicle recovery/towing, transportation & logistics, fleet operations, vehicle scrapping/ELV operations, RVSF operations, government/institutional coordination, or field operations.
