Role- Vehicle Integration Lead - Electric Drive Unit (Passenger Car)

What awaits you/ Job Profile 

• Manage geometry integration and package structures for the Gen6 Front Electric Axle Module (EAM).
• Maintain functional data using FDM templates in Fundus and process BD requests.
• Review EAM interfaces, including mountings, DC connectors, cooling, parts handling and installation space.
• Create and maintain DCD-based gAMS measures and iRAM change contexts.
• Support BOM, 3D-data and drawing releases through CATIA V5, PRISMA and relevant PDM systems.
• Participation in technical coordination meetings and convergence

What should you bring along

• Bachelors or master’s degree in Mechanical, Automobile or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 5–8 years of experience in passenger-car Electric Drive Unit geometry integration, packaging or product-data management.
• Experience coordinating with design, package, release, manufacturing and cross-functional teams.
• Good understanding of automotive development, engineering-change and release processes.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, documentation and action-tracking skills.

Must have technical skill 

• Proficiency in CATIA V5/V6, Teamcentre, package analysis and 3D-data management.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle geometry integration, clash, clearance and interface analysis.
• Experience with automotive PDM, BOM, product structures and release management.
• Understanding of mountings, HV/DC connectors, cooling interfaces and parts-handling requirements.
• Experience publishing and maintaining 3D models, drawings and installation documents.

Good to have Technical skills

• Experience with Fundus, FDM, gAMS, iRAM, PSN and PRISMA.
• Knowledge of NRCL, NAEL, iPDM, FUX, KITZ and COBRA release workflows.
• Experience with electric axle modules, electric drive units or EV powertrain components.
• Understanding of variant, maturity, configuration and change-management processes.
• Knowledge of GD&T, installation drawings, assembly feasibility and serviceability.
