Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Veeva Vault Safety L2 Support Specialist to provide application support, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and production support for Veeva Vault Safety applications. The candidate should have hands-on experience with Veeva Vault Safety and strong functional knowledge of pharmacovigilance and safety case management processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2 production support for Veeva Vault Safety applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests, and application-related issues.
• Support Veeva Vault Safety modules, including:
  
• Safety
• Signal Management
• Workbench
• SafetyDocs
• Investigate and resolve workflow, configuration, permission, data, and application issues.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring and critical incidents.
• Monitor and manage production issues in accordance with defined SLAs.
• Support minor enhancements, configuration changes, testing, and validation activities.
• Perform functional testing, regression testing, and support UAT activities.
• Collaborate with business users, application teams, and global support teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Prepare and maintain support documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge articles.
• Participate in release, deployment, and change-management activities.
• Work with tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, or equivalent IT service-management platforms.
