Must Have Skills

• Proficiency in Veeva Network.
• Strong understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts.
• Experience with HCP/HCO data models, affiliations, hierarchies, and customer data stewardship.
• Experience in data matching, merge, duplicate management, and survivorship rules.
• Knowledge of Veeva Network workflows, data governance, and stewardship processes.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with business and technical stakeholders.

Good verbal and written communication skills

Preferred candidate profile

Good to Have Skills

• Veeva Network Certification (VNT).
• SQL and Snowflake experience.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs.
• Knowledge of Salesforce and Veeva CRM ecosystems.
• Experience with ETL, data warehousing, and reporting solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, and Confluence.
• Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical domain experience.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have 3-6 years of experience in Veeva Network.
• Experience working in Customer Master Data Management and Data Governance projects is preferred.
• Knowledge of customer data stewardship and compliance processes is preferred.
