• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Veeva CRM / Salesforce.
• Strong experience in Salesforce development and administration.
• Strong understanding of Veeva CRM Commercial Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Veeva Events Management and Event Business Rules.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Salesforce Flow, REST APIs, SOQL, and Salesforce configuration.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and third-party systems.
• Experience with Data Loader and Workbench.
• Experience working with Jira and Agile methodology.
• Strong understanding of Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical CRM processes.
• Good communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder-management skills.
