Role Description

The Motion Graphic Specialist is a full-time, remote role responsible for creating dynamic visual content that supports MaMo Techplus marketing and lead generation campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include designing motion graphics for digital channels, producing short-form videos, and developing visual assets that communicate complex ideas in a clear and engaging way. The specialist will collaborate with marketing strategists, content creators, and designers to understand campaign goals and translate them into compelling visual narratives. Responsibilities also include storyboarding concepts, refining animations based on feedback, maintaining brand consistency across all visual materials, and preparing files optimized for various platforms. The role involves managing project timelines, staying current with design and animation trends, and proactively suggesting creative improvements to enhance overall visual communication.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Motion Design and Motion Graphics for digital and video-based content.
• Candidates should possess solid experience in Graphics and visual asset creation for marketing and branding purposes.
• Candidates should possess practical expertise in Video Production, including editing, compositing, and basic sound integration.
• Candidates should possess Storyboarding skills to plan and communicate visual narratives and animation sequences.
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop or equivalent software.
• Ability to interpret marketing objectives and convert them into clear visual concepts that support lead generation and brand messaging.
• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and incorporating feedback constructively.
• Portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animation, and video projects relevant to marketing or advertising campaigns.
• Relevant education or training in motion design, animation, multimedia, graphic design, or a related field is beneficial.
