VDC Engineer - Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products and services.
• Conduct regular supplier audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain effective communication channels with vendors to resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate vendor developments into overall business strategies.

Job Requirements :

• 3-9 years of experience in electronics manufacturing or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of supplier development, supplier audit, and vendor development processes.
• Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
