Position: Python Developer

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (Hybrid)

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Python Developer to design and build scalable APIs, integrations, and backend services that connect Microsoft Dynamics/Dataverse with modern applications and AI-driven solutions. The role involves developing secure, event-driven architectures and enabling intelligent workflows using AI and cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable backend applications using Python.
• Build REST and GraphQL APIs and integration services.
• Design and implement event-driven architectures using messaging platforms.
• Enable AI-powered workflows leveraging LLMs, RAG, and agent frameworks.
• Integrate CRM platforms such as Dynamics 365/Dataverse with enterprise applications.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization using OAuth, OIDC, and Entra ID.
• Create and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Provide production support, release management, and system enhancements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Strong Python development expertise.
• Experience with API development (REST/GraphQL).
• Knowledge of AWS services including Lambda, ECS, S3, IAM, DynamoDB, and SQS/SNS.
• Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging platforms.
• Working knowledge of Dynamics 365/Dataverse integrations.
• Familiarity with Azure API Management and integration platforms.
• Understanding of AI frameworks such as LangChain or Semantic Kernel.
• Experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions.
• Strong understanding of security, authentication, and authorization concepts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Copilot Studio integrations.
• Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures and prompt engineering.
• Exposure to AI agent development and MCP-based tools.
