Job Description

We are recruiting Van Sales Representatives (VSR) for our operations in Oman. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling van sales activities, developing customer relationships, generating sales, and achieving assigned sales targets, preferably within the FMCG industry.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day van sales operations.
• Visit assigned customers and retail outlets.
• Generate sales and achieve assigned targets.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Take customer orders and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Promote and sell FMCG products in the assigned territory.
• Maintain proper product display and availability.
• Monitor market and customer requirements.
• Handle sales collections as per company procedures.
• Maintain daily sales and stock records.
• Report market feedback and competitor activities to the management.

Requirements

• Plus Two qualification.
• 25 years of sales experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Experience specifically in Van Sales / Van Sales Division is preferred.
• Maximum age: 35 years.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Previous GCC/Oman sales experience will be an advantage.
