Van Field Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Ensure timely pickup and delivery of shipments within the assigned service area.
• Collect shipments from customers/sellers and deliver them safely to the respective destinations.
• Perform scanning and updating shipment status accurately through the assigned mobile application.
• Ensure proper Cash on Delivery (COD) collection and deposit the collected amount as per company process.
• Verify shipment details, address, customer information, and delivery instructions before completing deliveries.
• Handle shipments carefully and ensure zero damage, loss, or misrouting.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and provide professional service during pickup and delivery.
• Follow the assigned route, daily targets, SLA/TAT, and productivity requirements.
• Report delivery issues such as customer unavailability, wrong address, shipment mismatch, or failed delivery to the concerned team.
• Maintain the vehicle properly and follow all road safety, company SOP, compliance, and discipline requirements.
