Validation Lead

1. Manage and mentor a performing team, lead the team with technically and Non technical tasks.
2. Collaboration with Cross Functional teams
3. Deep expertise in EE fundamentals, including high-speed signaling, power integrity (PI) ans signal integrity(SI)
4. Advanced Power Architecture: involving high-current Buck/Boost topologies and low-
noise LDOs designing.
5. Communication protocols I2C, SPI, UART, USB with the ability to troubleshoot complex protocol timing issues and bus contentions
6. Expert-level proficiency with oscilloscopes, digital multimeters (DMM), logic analyzers, electronic loads, and programmable power supplies
7. Experience on usage of 3D-Xray, LIT, CT Scan for failure analysis.
8. Debugging Skills and problem Solving Ability.

Lead hardware validation strategy and technical decision-making.
Define validation plans for motherboard products.
Review validation results and identify product risks.
Provide technical guidance for debugging and problem resolution.
Drive cross-functional collaboration during product development.
Mentor engineers and improve validation methodologies.
