Hiring: Virtual Relationship Manager POS

Employment: On-Roll | Direct Payroll

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer relationships through calls and digital channels.

Manage POS, CMS & digital banking queries.

Support customer onboarding and servicing.

Cross-sell loans, insurance & other banking products.

Achieve customer service and business targets.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline.

Banking/Financial Services/Customer Service experience preferred.

Good communication in English, Hindi & Marathi.

Good customer handling and MS Excel skills.

Immediate joiners preferred.
