We are currently hiring for a Senior HR Business Partner role with a leading Auto multinational organization 

• Partner with plant leadership to align HR strategies and people initiatives with business objectives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to managers on employee performance, leadership, organizational and change-related matters.
• Drive workforce planning, organization design, talent acquisition, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.
• Lead performance management, employee engagement, and leadership capability-building programs.
• Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace-related concerns effectively.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, HR policies, and internal governance standards.
• Collaborate with Global Manufacturing, Business Units, and HR CoEs to implement global HR initiatives and best practices.
• Leverage HR analytics and workforce insights to support data-driven decision-making.
• Drive HR process excellence, employee experience, and continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.
• Support Lean, operational excellence, transformation, and productivity initiatives from an HR perspective.
