Position: Telemarketing Executive (TME)
Location: Swargate, Pune
Experience: Freshers / UG with 1 year of relevant experience
Age Criteria: 18-34 years
Gender: Male and Female candidates can apply

Salary Structure:

For Freshers:

• From 3rd Month: 18,631 CTC (approx. 14,500 in-hand)
• From 4th Month: 23,290 CTC (approx. 18,800 in-hand)
• 5th Month: Retention bonus of approximately 13,000, subject to company terms and conditions.

For Experienced Candidates:

• Salary: 23,290 CTC (approx. 18,800 in-hand)
• Previous employment and experience documents are subject to verification.

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls and generate business leads.
• Promote and sell Justdial services.
• Acquire and onboard new clients.
• Achieve assigned sales targets.
• Maintain professional communication with customers.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Proactive, target-oriented attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Fluency in English and the regional language.
• Basic understanding of sales and marketing.
• Prior telecalling or sales experience is an advantage.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduates and postgraduates from any stream can apply.
• Eligible qualifications include MBA, PGDM, PGDBM, BBA, B.Com, B.Sc., B.A., B.Tech, B.E., and other degree programs.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
• Undergraduates with at least 1 year of relevant experience may also apply.
