Job Responsibilities:

• Provide patients with appropriate support and guidance for chronic, acute, or terminal illnesses.
• Connect with patients post-discharge to understand their health status and provide counselling.
• Handle patient calls and resolve queries with empathy and professionalism.
• Enroll new patients into the system and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure a positive patient experience throughout the interaction.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in a Clinical, Medical, Biology, or related field.
• Preferred backgrounds: Paramedics, Clinical Psychologists, Physiotherapists, Dietitians, Nutritionists, and other relevant healthcare domains.
• Freshers and candidates with relevant experience can apply.
• Excellent communication and articulation skills.
• Strong active listening and counselling skills.
• Patient-focused approach with empathy and a willingness to help.

Language Requirements:

• English & Hindi Mandatory
• Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, or Malayalam – Added Advantage
