Process: Banking - Outbond Telecaller

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum HSC qualification is mandatory.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Candidates with Basic / Average / Good / Excellent communication skills are eligible.
• Male and Female candidates can apply.
• Comfortable working in a target-oriented sales environment.

Job Details:

• Shift Timing: 9:30 AM - 7:00 PM
• Working Days: 6 days a week (2 Sundays off and 2 rotational offs)

Salary Details:

• Basic Comm.: 17K - 20K Gross | 15K 18K In-Hand + Incentives
• Excellent Comm. : 23,119 Gross | 21K In-Hand + Incentives
