Hiring: Customer Service Executive Cigna Renewals

Process: Cigna Renewals
Shift Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Week Off: 1 Rotational Off

Eligibility:-

• Qualification: HSC / Graduate
• Freshers can apply
• Experienced candidates are also welcome
• Above-average English communication skills required
• Communication Level: Versant 3

Salary:-

Freshers: 14,500 to 18,000 CTC
Experienced: 16,000 In-Hand to 20,000 CTC

Key Responsibilities:-

• Handle customer calls related to insurance renewals.
• Assist customers with renewal-related queries and requirements.
• Provide accurate information and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Follow up with customers and support timely policy renewals.
• Maintain quality and process compliance.
