Key Responsibilities
Ensure timely approval of GR bills and bill submission in Oracle NetSuite.
Monitor the deposit of cash / cheque from customers / employee for reimbursement.
Responsible for handling Petty cash in the Unit.
Ensure that all the statutory compliance for the unit are renewed periodically and are live.
Extending support to IT related issues.
Ensure customer care coordination and resolve problem in case of any issues.
Reconciliation of payments made in the Unit.
Periodical surprise check at cash counters with documentation
Periodical surprise check of stock at various sub-departments and documentation.
Maintaining confidentiality of Organizational information.
Self-development
Develop capabilities of self through training and learning - to handle current and future jobs better
Ensure to stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in the industry.
