UX Researcher

We are looking for a UX Researcher with 3-5 years of experience to plan and execute user research that drives data-informed design decisions. The ideal candidate should have expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methods, with the ability to translate user insights into actionable recommendations. Experience in the automotive domain is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct user research, including interviews, usability testing, surveys, contextual enquiries, and field studies.
• Perform secondary research such as competitor analysis, market research, and industry benchmarking.
• Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to develop personas, journey maps, and research reports.
• Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to inform product decisions.
• Present research findings and provide actionable recommendations to improve user experience.
• Validate concepts, prototypes, and product enhancements through iterative research.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in UX research for digital products.
• Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Experience planning, conducting, and analysing user research studies.
• Proficiency with usability testing and UX research tools.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate research findings into actionable design recommendations.
• Experience in the automotive domain is an added advantage.
